Proper mince from our slow-grown, grass-fed and grass-finished Hereford beef.
This comes from a mature four-year-old animal, raised primarily on pasture and given supplementary feed only when genuinely necessary. Using mature, full-flavoured beef gives the mince a richer character than mince made from younger, faster-finished cattle.
Prepared from a balanced selection of cuts with enough natural fat for flavour and succulence, it is ideal for burgers, cottage pie, meatballs, ragù, chilli and everyday cooking.
Simple food, but made from exceptionally good beef.
